Founder & CEO, Veteran Advantage Network

As a U.S. Air Force 2T3 Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, I served honorably for four years, earning selection for below-the-zone promotion (BTZ) and promoting to Staff Sergeant in just three years. Early in my military career, I received an Air Force Achievement Medal during my first-year deployment—an experience that ignited my passion for leadership and the importance of mission-critical support.

Yet the transition to civilian life wasn’t seamless. My process for filing my claim was isolating—endless paperwork, unclear guidance, and no centralized help. Feeling lost and unsupported revealed a systemic need. Shortly after filing my claims, I decided to go back to school and work towards my MBA. While in school, I served as a Veteran Resource Specialist, supporting fellow veterans navigating complex benefits and transition processes. When I spent time at the Vet Center and witnessed fellow veterans navigating these hurdles alone, I felt compelled to act. That struggle shaped me— Upon completing my MBA, I founded Veteran Advantage Network to build a better path. Our mission: empower veterans with the knowledge, tools, and community support they need to access earned benefits with confidence.

With a unique blend of firsthand military experience, civilian-level leadership skills, academic training, and veteran-centered support work, I am dedicated to ensuring no veteran walks the benefits process alone.
